How You Can Make an Impact

1. STEM & ICT Innovation Lab
Help us bridge the digital divide by bringing cutting-edge technology to resource-constrained environments.
What you’ll do: Mentor youth in our After School Program, teach coding/robotics, support our Offline AI initiatives, build Data-Free Digital Libraries, or assist in developing assistive technologies for people with special needs.
Ideal for: Software developers, engineers, data analysts, tech enthusiasts, and IT students.
2. FUN ECD School & Early Literacy
Shape the foundational years of the next generation of “Planetary Citizens.”
What you’ll do: Work alongside our educators to implement world-class pedagogical standards (in alignment with the Swiss School System), support the Soma Kwa Furaha Initiative, and design creative, joyful learning experiences for early childhood development.
Ideal for: Teachers, early childhood specialists, artists, and storytellers.
3. World Centre (International Language Centre)
Equip youth and women with the tools for global integration and economic sovereignty.
What you’ll do: Teach conversational languages (English, French, etc.), facilitate cross-cultural exchange workshops, and build advanced communication skills for our community members.
Ideal for: Linguists, international students, and communication experts.
4. Human Rights, Advocacy & Community Outreach
Be the voice for structural equity and inclusive development.
What you’ll do: Support our Voice4Change campaigns, conduct digital inclusion training for women and girls, or design physical and digital accessibility solutions for the marginalized.
Ideal for: Social workers, legal advocates, human rights defenders, and community organizers.
